Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds

For most items, in the unlikely event that your product is defective, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Refunds for return shipping costs are not available.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, in its original packaging. This will be assessed on a case by case basis.

Returns (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing period before a refund is completed.

If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us using our contact form.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us via our contact form.

Shipping

We will inform you by email where to send your item for return.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning an item valued over 75EUR, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Order Changes

Please note that an order cannot be cancelled or modified once it has been placed and sent for processing. We therefore recommend that you carefully review your order before completing payment.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all information provided at the time of ordering is accurate and up to date.

Although an order cannot be cancelled, we comply with applicable consumer protection laws, meaning you still retain the right to withdraw from your purchase within the applicable withdrawal period under the terms stated above.

VIP Monthly Club

You will be billed every 28 days and receive one watch with each delivery. Your membership also includes access to the Model Portal. The subscription can be cancelled at any time, but must be cancelled at least 14 days before the next billing date to avoid being charged.
